Hero Initiative Brings John Romita Jr. to Baltimore Comic-Con 2012
The Baltimore Comic-Con is happy to announce the addition of comic super-star John Romita, Jr. to the growing line-up for this year’s show, taking place September 8-9, 2012 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Romita, Jr. will be appearing at the Hero Initiative booth both Saturday and Sunday.
Romita, Jr., the son of comic legend John Romita, began his illustrious career in comics in 1977 penciling a 6-page story in Marvel’s Amazing Spider-Man Annual #11. Most recently, Romita, Jr. finished working on the follow-up to Mark Millar’s Kick-Ass and is the current series artist for Marvel’s Avengers, which relaunched in 2010.
