AR – Cross Sections Exhibit

Nate Powell opens an art exhibition at the Historic Arkansas Museum on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm (CDT).

Dogtown native and Eisner award-winning comic book artist Nate Powell has an exhibit of works from 1998 to present, focused on his graphic novel work of the last five years (The Year Of The Beasts, The Silence Of Our Friends, Any Empire, Swallow Me Whole….) All pieces are for sale, and graphic novels will be available in the bookstore.

The CROSS SECTIONS exhibit will have an opening reception at the Historic Arkansas Museum on Friday, April 13th from 5-8pm.

Musical accompaniment by Little Rock’s own ISAAC ALEXANDER (The Easys, Big Silver, Boondogs)! Let the drinks flow, with food and soup tasting by Sharea Soups! Come meet my nuclear family!

The exhibit will remain on display until Friday, June 1st.
