“When actor Chad Michael Murray is not playing a teen heartthrob on TV  and in the movies, he moonlights as a comic book writer staying up late  at night to polish off a dark, end of days story he has created.
Murray’s rookie graphic novel “Everlast” is being published this… month by Archaia Entertainment after eight years of nurturing the tale  about a man looking to save chosen people before mankind faces  annihilation on Earth.”
– New York Times

About Everlast (in CMM’s own words):
“The story originated from a man who rang my doorbell, preaching about  the End of Days and how one hundred and forty-four thousand people would  be left to rule the Earth. After he had left, I couldn’t put down the  thought of this small percentage of people being left to reign. Thus, my  first character was born: Derek Everlast. His mission in life, to find  those chosen people and protect them from the End of Days.
We were  very fortunate to get the talented artists we did for this book! Our  object in having four main artists was to convey this story through each  character’s eyes.”

About Chad Michael Murray:
New York  native, Chad Michael Murray, has showcased his brooding good looks and  acting talents on television sets and silver screens for over a decade.   He has been a teen heartthrob on pop culture classics with roles on  Dawson’s Creek, Gilmore Girls, and One Tree Hill, and his film credits  include Freaky Friday, A Cinderella Story, and House of Wax. Within the  year, he will be starring in Lionsgate’s The Haunting in Georgia and the  socially important Indie film, Renee (Kat Dennings, Rupert Friend,)  with a few other projects in the works.
