The Bay Area’s Mark Fiore creates animated political cartoons that have appeared on the San Francisco Chronicle’s Web site SFGate.com for more than ten years. In 2010 Fiore became the first Internet animator to win the Pulitzer Prize for political humor. His work also appears on Newsweek.com, Slate.com, Salon.com, CBSNews.com, MotherJones.com, and NPR.org.

Los Angeles-based Keith Knight is many things to many people – rapper, social activist, father, educator, and gentleman cartoonist, to name a few. He is the multi-award-winning creator of three popular comic strips: the daily strip The Knight Life; the weekly editorial single-panel (th)ink; and the weekly, semi-autobiographical The K Chronicles.
