Steranko Spirit of America

Press Release:

Pulp Adventurecon — Steranko contributes Spirit of America

Pulp AdventureCon
November 6th, 2010
Ramada Inn, Bordentown, NJ

UPDATE — November 1, 2010

“SPIRIT OF AMERICA”
Legendary illustrator STERANKO — known for his innovative work of Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Shadow — is donating a copy of his “Spirit of America” benefit print to the show. The dazzling 18×24 print features the First Avenger, CAPTAIN AMERICA, in all his star-spangled glory. We’ll be offering this as a door prize at the show — and Fate will smile upon one fortunate pulp fan.

Here are some of the people exhibiting at the Nov. 6, 2010 show …

Steranko, Nick Certo, Brendan Faulkner, Francis Giordano, Martin Grams, Rich Greene, John Gunnison, Mark Halegua, Rick Hall, Gale Heimbach, Ed Hulse, Gary Lovisi, John Mimekos, Bill Parisho, Josh Petrie, David Saunders, Darrell Schweitzer, Gary Shaheen, Bruce Tinkel, Cowboy Tony K, and a few others TBA …

Thousands of rare PULP MAGAZINES, vintage paperbacks and movie collectibles on display. If you’re seeking out the adventures of The Shadow, Doc Savage, Conan, H.P. Lovecraft, Robert E. Howard, Dashiell Hammett, Zane Grey, Amazing Stories, Black Mask, Wild West Weekly, and thousands more, this is the show to attend.
