Matthew Broderick speaks with Kenneth Lonergan at the 92nd Street Y with a special wine-and-cheese reception following.

Actor Matthew Broderick has had an illustrious film career with starring roles in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Godzilla, Glory and War Games. He also played Leo Bloom in the film and Broadway productions of The Producers. This fall Broderick stars in The New Group’s premiere production of The Starry Messenger, by his childhood friend Kenneth Lonergan, the author of This Is Our Youth, Lobby Hero and You Can Count on Me. Broderick and Lonergan reflect on their parallel careers and their first stage collaboration.
